Educational Trip to New York City – February 2025 In February 2025 (24/2-28/2), MSc Energy students embarked on a transformativejourney to the bustling metropolis of New York City. The week-long educational trip,filled with learning, networking, and cultural exploration, proved to be anunforgettable experience for all participants.Students had the privilege of visiting the Greek National Tourism Organisation office,the Consulate General of Greece, the UN Headquarters – where they were also takenon a guided tour – and the Permanent Mission of Greece to the UN. Furthermore,they had the unique opportunity to attend the conference “Transatlantic Dynamics:Navigating Power, Cooperation, and Influence in US-Greek Relations” organized byNew York University (Center for Global Affairs) in collaboration with the Departmentof International and European Studies of the University of Piraeus.The trip will have a long-lasting effect on our students since they had the chance todiscuss with leading experts, practitioners and academics on the cutting-edge of theirresearch fields.....
